THERMORETRACTILE OVEN
This oven is able to offer the heat shrinking of goods stacked on pallets thanks to warm air without the presence of flames at the lowest waste of energy. There is the possibility of fitting an appliance in that raises the pallet allowing the thermoretractile film to fix itself in the lowest part of the pallet. it can work with every type of gas or electricity and there is an automatic and semiautomatic model.

Motorized roller conveyor to move the palletized load. Length: 3500 mms. Loading height: about 500 mms.

The machine frame is made of rivetted structural steel, with double-walled panels, insulated by fibreglass PSI 450

Pallet exit and entrance doors operate by electromechanic control; doors run by ball bearings and have a mechanic safety-clutch

Heat exchanger is made of refractory steel, high temperature resistant, high production, firebox working by LPG burner, natural gas burner, oil burner and gas-oil burner

Fan over the thermoretraction cabin, in order to well distribute the air and to guarantee the temperature uniformity

Electric control board, with push-button panel for manual and automatic execution of all the machine functions. Instruments for checking the stove temperature and safety instruments
